I started The Paleo Diet a year ago, and one of the suggested Suppliments to use is BCAA's.. Before/After excercise.. I found that it doubled the progress of my work out's.. I use this 3x's a day.. I have been buying this BCAA from Piping Rock for about a year now. Have never had any issues with it and you can't find a cheaper price anywhere. I mix it with my protein shake and with my preworkout. Never clumps and mixes well with no nasty after taste.
